Edge Workspace Error: Unable to Load
Hello Everyone 🙂
Am having an issue with Workspace on Edge running on Version 115.0.1901.203 (Official build) (64-bit). I recently moved all tabs I had in one profile to a new profile and created different workspaces, during this process I moved a lot of tabs and there was a message that there was an issue in Sync and tabs might not be synced. I tried to log out of the browser profile and log in again and faced two issues after this:
- The workspaces I created got duplicated, so before logging out I had three workspaces and after logging back to the browser profile I have 6 workspaces
- All workspaces show the error when accessing them:
"Error enable to load"
The browser profile am using is a 365 Business account and is the admin. I tried to go over the prerequisites but honestly couldn't understand what I need to do.
Any help is highly appreciated because the tabs I moved to workspaces are quite important for me to access.

Fix: throw out your whole Microsoft account and create a new one. Pretty convenient.

moalhaddad Hey! In another Workspace thread users have recommended removing/deleting your account and logging back into the browser. (Re: Edge Workspaces error V114 - Microsoft Community Hub) Is that what you tried or did you just try to sign out? Thanks!

Hello Kelly
Previously I tried signing out and signing back in, this didn't work and caused duplication of the workspaces I created earlier.
Tried removing the account and re-adding the account, this removed the duplication but the error when opening the Workspaces is still there

moalhaddad Hi! Thanks for giving that a try! If that did not work, I think the best thing to do is reach out to Support (Support - Microsoft Edge Developer). They should be able to gather logs and other diagnostic data to help investigate your specific case.
