windows Edge dev cannot work with chrome: software_reporter_tool.exe cpu heigh
The Edge dev can not translate ,so I choose chrome to browse url .
but , I found a bug blow:
the chrome will start software_reporter_tool.exe and cost much CPU every time .
the file path is :
C:\Users\xx\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\SwReporter\39.195.200.3
