Website Tiles are either being broken or removed with each update to Edge

I've been on the Canary builds for a long time.  A few updates ago I noticed that any website that I installed as an app and pinned to the Start screen (we're talking at least 20 tiles) would end up with either the Tile erroring out or disappearing altogether when I click on them.  I thought maybe it was a Canary issue, so I removed it and installed the Dev builds.  Well, the same thing is happening.  And it's on multiple machines, so I know it's not me.

I don't pin anything to the task bar OR to desktop--everything goes to Start or I don't need it.  So, this is a HUGE problem for me.
