Website Tiles are either being broken or removed with each update to Edge

Hi,
I just tried install a website, Bing.com, as an app in Edge canary
Version 91.0.851.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
it didn't pin itself to start menu automatically, nor did it pin itself to the taskbar.
Windows 10 20H2 up to date.
