Team's should not switch emoji's in quoted messages.
Certain emoji's are replaced when a message is quoted. This can misconstrue original intent/meaning of a message. Instead the tooltip information should be displayed if there is no universal emoji that is being quoted.
In this example something like <headless turkey emoji> or even a image not found icon.
