Tabs crash on specific sites with Error code: 5

since the last couple of updates, Insiders Dev Channel Version on macOS silicon crashes tabs for me on specific sites. I have tested while logged into my profile, logged out, InPrivate browsing, completely clean install with no data or extensions, even on 2 different macs (both M1) - all leads to some sites briefly showing the page content after loading, but then crashing to "Error code: 5" (see attached screen). Mostly happens to me on github.com or ebay.com, but only specific pages, not all pages on these domains.

I checked the stable version and this issue does not exist there.
