Suggestion: Remove the quick links option inside the custom settings area in NTP settings

I would like to suggest that the quick links option should be removed now from the custom settings area in the NTP settings because we now have the option to show them or not near the Quick Links area.

Show quick links option in Custom Settings area in the NTP settings.

Show quick links option also near the Quick Links area.

I have sent feedback about this suggestion through the in-app feedback tool (Alt+Shift+I) in Microsoft Edge.
