Randomly lose top border and tabs in browser
My browser occasionally will suddenly lose the top border and tabs of the browser. In order to close the browser I need to end the task from Task Manager or do Alt-F4 after putting that window in foc...

if this happened to me, first thing i would suspect is my graphic card and its driver, because it looks like some kind of display/rendering issues.
try updating your GPU driver if it's not and also try disabling hardware acceleration to see if it changes anything: edge://settings/system
