In any case, I do not want the NTP language to be the language corresponding to my physical location, given that I frequently do not speak the local language when I travel. I would like to manually set it to e.g. English UK, like the rest of my machine.
The behaviour changed a few weeks ago. Before, Edge displayed everything in English, but maybe that was the only supported language, and now I am suffering from a localisation feature?
Yes that could be also possible, try removing anything related to Czech language that you don't want to see. when you travel to another country the localization packages are not automatically installed on Windows.
