Microsoft will be pushing out the update, replacing the old Edge, to all Windows 10 users on Windows 10 RS4 (April 2018 Update) and newer. but there is a way Not to get it if you don't want to. ...
They don't seem to have started the rollout from Windows update it, you can get it from www.microsoft.com/Edge directly
