Microsoft will be pushing out the update, replacing the old Edge, to all Windows 10 users on Windows 10 RS4 (April 2018 Update) and newer. but there is a way Not to get it if you don't want to.   ...

HotCakeX Does this apply to all editions of Windows (e.g. unmanaged Windows Pro too)?

    Hi,
    for unmanaged devices, if the device is set to automatically receive updates from Windows update then they will get it automatically.
    if device is managed through MDMs or SCCM then the administrator has full control over WSUS and which updates get pushed.
    that toolkit is also there to help control the rollout
