Microsoft Edge keeps telling me 'allow this app to make changes to your device'
When opening the Settings page on Microsoft Edge, a Prompt comes up every time and says 'allow this app to make changes to your device' and when i press allow it keeps showing me it. Even when going to check for updates page on Edge it does the same thing and then the update fails. I now have to use Microsoft Edge on a different Channel (Canary) if I want to continue using Edge as normal to receive browser updates.

- im still looking for help, support keeps telling me to make a post in the community forum and the only reply i got is someone named curtis @'ing me and that's all. the subreddit is also talking about the same issue im experiencing as well. much help needed please!
- keep in mind i have reset the entire laptop without saving any files and this problem happens
