Microsoft Edge keeps telling me 'allow this app to make changes to your device'

- this has been resolved finally, didn't do anything but kept updating windows more and more.
im still looking for help, support keeps telling me to make a post in the community forum and the only reply i got is someone named curtis @'ing me and that's all. the subreddit is also talking about the same issue im experiencing as well. much help needed please!
