has been fixed; Latest Canary Update April 16, 2025

Latest Canary Update Edge Canary version 137.0.3264.0 has made Canary un-launchable... Crashes as soon as it opens...  At least it has been for me...

Update;  Latest Edge is usable but only InPrivate mode.

    With Version 137.0.3269.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) all has been fixed.  No more Crashing while opening settings page or any other page....   All is well..

    Seems like a sync issue to me. Log out from your account to turn off/disable the sync. You can try this after pinning Canary to taskbar to log out from your account:

    • Launch a window In-Private. In Private mode there is a slight delay in the crash
    • Quickly copy & paste this into the address bar of the browser "edge://settings/profiles" (include quotation marks).
    • Access the profile option of the browser settings and there you will see the account you are logged into the browser. Quickly sign out from the account.
