Using 3265 now and all is well. Doing video meetings as well and no problems. As long as I do not open the settings page Edge Canary works great...

It was good for me with 3265 (Settings, etc....), but as soon as I went to About, Canary crashed
And it also crashed with Settings, etc. Now - Dennis5mileSilver Contributor
Ok, what I've discovered so far. If you open this edge://edge-urls/ You can open each item listed in a new tab and Edge will not crash, however when you get to this edge://settings edge crashes right away. I'm using edge canary 137.0.3265.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) right now with no trouble at all, but if I open the settings page.. poof crash. edit; Also edge://apps crashes browser.

It works, I think there should be a feature where edge canary allows the user to use the previous edge version in case of a crash or just does not remove the previous "Application" folder and renames it to Application.old

Ok, I've been using edge canary 137.0.3265.0 all day without a crash. Have left it idle for over 3 hours and no crash. I am using it now to post this reply. As long as I do not open the settings, "Edge://settings" page, Edge stays up and running...

Seems like a sync issue to me. Log out from your account to turn off/disable the sync. You can try this after pinning Canary to taskbar to log out from your account:
- Launch a window In-Private. In Private mode there is a slight delay in the crash
- Quickly copy & paste this into the address bar of the browser "edge://settings/profiles" (include quotation marks).
- Access the profile option of the browser settings and there you will see the account you are logged into the browser. Quickly sign out from the account.

Yes, but it seems to be somewhat ok if you open it from a link as long as you don't try to open the settings page. Also, seems to be ok if you open it in InPrivate mode...

I tried everything and after downloading edge canary again from Microsoft website and installing it (overwriting) the existing one, it worked!!
