outlook intenal client to exchange mailbox

Hi all ,can someone tell me the mail flow from the intenal client outlook to the mailbox database ?does the outlook intenal client (some domaine) create mail on the database directly ???i know the mail flow on exchange server , but from outlook to the database makes me confusedthank you&nbsp;Adil
