TCollins So, the biggest issue is that "launched" has a little bit of nuance.  In the case of this feature, we've rolled it out to 100% of users, but only the users who get our experiments to begin with will receive that rollout.  That means there's still a population of people who don't have it, and for that matter won't get it until we turn it on in code, which may not happen for a while.  So, while our intention is that 100% of people have it, in practice some of them are still waiting on that rollout.

Thanks Josh for explaining so clearly. I really appreciate the time you took to understand the question complicated by the Microsoft terminology "launched but yet so far..". None until you managed to explain this although I discussed the issue with few others in the insider forum.

 

So give the users (launched but code turned "off") some hope when the feature will be turned "on". Can I expect the "web capture to collections" feature rolled-out prior to v92 stable release (at least)?

    Finally, after a long wait, the feature (Add web capture directly to collection) is starting to appear in Edge! My installation of Edge Dev v93.0.946.1 and Canary v93.0.953.0 now have the feature. So looks like it will soon be available in the Beta and Stable channels. Thanks for your updates posted in this forum.
