Custom the Mini menu on text selection

I've heard from a user before, said the Mini menu on text selection was too short, that needs to press " ··· " to use more options. The user didn't like the new short Mini menu, he likes the old long one. Can please Microsoft add a option that can give users select the short or long one of the Mini menu. Thanks.
