Buttons: animation inconsistency on activation
There is an inconsistency in the way the buttons appear on the omnibox bar.
The "favorites" and "history" buttons slide from right to left when activated, and from left to right when disabled. However, the other buttons simply appear and disappear.
Version 89.0.730.0

- I don't see any inconsistency based on your description and when I try on Edge Version 89.0.730.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)
