Bug report: setting hamburger menu animation
Clicking hamburger =_ menu to minimize setting, you can see strange animation.
Just try it, you may notice it.
It hasn't fixed since October.

I think you're referring to this, the menu jumps to the right for few milliseconds before retracting
- Make sure report the bug through Feedback option in Microsoft Edge too, if you haven't
