Bug report: setting hamburger menu animation
Clicking hamburger =_ menu to minimize setting, you can see strange animation. Just try it, you may notice it. It hasn't fixed since October.

I think you're referring to this, the menu jumps to the right for few milliseconds before retracting
Make sure report the bug through Feedback option in Microsoft Edge too, if you haven't
