Broken push notification on Edge 104 @ Windows 10
It looks like there is a critical bug in the latest 104 Edge release on Windows 10.
Any clicks on any desktop push notification from any site is leading to strange URLs in new tabs, for example for web.telegram.org:
http://1%7C0%7Chttps//web.telegram.org/%7Cn#https://web.telegram.org#u357356068_-154647554038250161
http://0%7C1%7Cprofile/
We have tested this issue on dozens of PCs and sites, everywhere the behavior is the same:
Windows 10 + Edge 104 - the issue is always present
Windows 10 + Edge 103 - no issue
Windows 11 + Edge 104 - no issue
MacOS + Edge 104 - no issue

Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043
Edge Version 104.0.1293.47 (Official build) (64-bit)
- Disable and enable notification in the W10 setting, and restart EDGE, this solves the problem 🙂

We pushed out an update via our experimentation system that should turn off the buggy behavior for everybody, but it's possible that you either haven't restarted the browser enough to apply the new configuration, or you're not receiving experiments at all.
- Last Windows 10 update fix this issue (build 19043.1889)

I have this problem also, only edge notifications Version 104.0.1293.47 (Official build) (64-bit)
- I'm getting the same error for Youtube and Facebook/Messenger notifications just in the past two days.
