Broken push notification on Edge 104 @ Windows 10

It looks like there is a critical bug in the latest 104 Edge release on Windows 10.   Any clicks on any desktop push notification from any site is leading to strange URLs in new tabs, for example f...

disable Toast Notification Background Task Event Handlers in edge://flags/ will solve the problem

    Disabled it and restarted Edge, but same issue.

      We pushed out an update via our experimentation system that should turn off the buggy behavior for everybody, but it's possible that you either haven't restarted the browser enough to apply the new configuration, or you're not receiving experiments at all.
