Allow option to change default temperature unit in new tab page

Hello insiders and Microsoft Dev Team,&nbsp;&nbsp;I love the new "inspirational" new tab page with the new image from bing.&nbsp;The additional new ambient temperature on the top left is also helpful - except that it's only stuck in Fahrenheit, and we usually use Celcius where I live in&nbsp;I've tried changing my language preference to English (UK), along with the settings on the MSN page to show Celcius, but the new tab page doesn't infer these settings and stays in Fahrenheit only.&nbsp;

Yeah it's a bug. in Microsoft Teams, setting language to English UK shows temps in Celcius but not in Edge..

HotCakeX&nbsp;Tried changing "Language &amp; Content" to United Kingdom (English) or Russia (Russian). The greeting message &amp; personalized news are localized, but the temperature is still in Fahrenheit.
