add option "backup edge extension on onedrive account" without need to install it

would be so helpful, since already a lot chrome extension disappear after x days/months. in such way we could have all such extension without need to use other methods.

this should be implement with the "order by last released" features that i suggested here

in such way the backup of 500-1000+ extensions (or less for average user) can be done in better way.

From end 2020-10 all suggestions are written on both Edge and Chrome at the same time, suggestions before 2020-10 are available only on Chrome.
