Top Feedback Summary for July 14

Greetings, Insiders! We’re back after our break, and have a few things being shuffled around today. We’re updating two items for July, marking two as Addressed, and have a new discussion thread from the team. Let’s jump right into it!
Up first, those moving from June to July are Allow more than one row of top sites on the New Tab Page and Allow users to get back to where they left off in PDF documents. Some users in our Canary channel may already see these two; if you have either of these items, don’t forget to let us know your thoughts or any issues you spot via the … menu > Help and feedback > Send feedback.
Next, we’ve started a discussion thread for Allow users to put individual tabs to sleep. We’re looking for some more specifics from Insiders, so head over there to read more about our thoughts on this item. We’d love to hear more about your opinion about how this feature update would help you out!
Last, we’re marking two items as Addressed today! Users can find and manage their tabs more easily by organizing them into associated groups is now addressed, and users can find this option by right-clicking on a tab and selecting Add tab to new group. We’re also closing out Hide or shrink the title bar when vertical tabs are enabled today, and we’ve removed the flag as well.

There is a new problem this month: Edge update 92.0.902.55 as apparentrly distributed on the 24th of July freezes after opening a PDF. See also:

Where can this problem be reported ? Can it be discussed here further ?
As Edge now is based on chromium, next list of software issues applies to Edge too ?

- Sometime around the month of June 2021, in Edge everytime we open a link to a pdf it opens up in a Edge tab. Which is fine, but at the top it indicates "Set Microsoft Edge as the default applications for reading PDF files?" with the options of "Set as Default" or "X" to close. How can we disable just this message from coming up so users won't accidentally hit "Set as Default"? Our user computers are already set by default to open PDF's using the Acrobat DC program until the above happens and the users start reporting issues.
- Edge still uses double energy as compared to other browser in mac.

I have reported this numerous times using the Feedback form for EdgeDev and on the Bing page, but still no joy. The button used to stay on early in EdgeDev development but has kept reverting to the off position for months. Any chance your team can look into this, please? TYVM.
- With this update the title in the current tab vanishes. If I select another tab, then that title disappears and the previous blank tab title now shows up.

- There is an issue. Edge closes unexpectedly while in in-private mode, but not in the normal mode.
