Grid view is not visible for certain options.

I have created a grid view. But it's not showing in the frontend even though the grid view contains data. I can see the grid in all the page when Auto Generate Columns are true and I tried protected override preRender() using which I can see the data on all the pages on pre render. I can't figure out what might be the issue. Can you guys help me analyse the issue?
