Unable to receive onpremise exchange email or external domain emails

Hi,

 

I have Exchange 2010 Hybrid setup. I am able to send email from Office 365 migrated mailbox to my on-premise mailboxes or external but unable to receive any external email or email from onpremise users.

 

Any suggestions ?

    You need to setup connectors between Office 365 and your email servers.

    Additionaly utilize the below tool to test mail connectivity.
