Jonard_Cabeliza You have some software on your computer which is blocking the test. You can check the downloaded executable to verify that it was signed by Microsoft so that you can trust it. You then need to identify the software on your computer that is blocking it. This isn't caused by the connectivity test tool.

Paul

PaulAndrew Hi Paul, this issue has been resolved, yesterday MNL Time. thank you for the effort and we appreciate that. some changes on the details, but we already raise on the Microsoft support, directly.
- IanCopper ContributorSometimes your antivirus will block unwanted or potentially bad software or internet gateways that are bad from 3rd party softwares trying to infect your system on purpose or gain access to files ect. Please only download genuine software although some versions of software have viruses hidden and only open on install of bad software
- IanCopper ContributorDid u manage to solve the issue if not please let me know and il do my best to help
- Jonard_CabelizaCopper ContributorHi, Ian, still not solve this issue,
- IanCopper ContributorOk try this go to your windows defender and disable it temporarily then add exclusion for the file in windows defender then run program or it it's likely that the software is just bad try filehippo.com it's a free computer software site u can get what u need from there, if nothing else works uninstall the software and try another version
