Jonard_Cabeliza You have some software on your computer which is blocking the test. You can check the downloaded executable to verify that it was signed by Microsoft so that you can trust it. You then need to identify the software on your computer that is blocking it. This isn't caused by the connectivity test tool.

Sometimes your antivirus will block unwanted or potentially bad software or internet gateways that are bad from 3rd party softwares trying to infect your system on purpose or gain access to files ect. Please only download genuine software although some versions of software have viruses hidden and only open on install of bad software
