How to locate the right destination to measure end-to-end performance
I am trying to write a little script that will initiate TCP traffic to different O365 resources under my subscription and return the delay,packet loss stats. I am having a couple of challenges and need some help to understand how to resolve them:
- What if I have a main office in Dallas with a bunch of O365 users and I want to execute my script from the same location to test the delay to different services such as Teams, Office etc. How do I locate the correct IP/hostname or WEB API link for each service?
- What if I have a small branch in Europe with a few employees trying to use O365 under the same subscription, and I want to execute my script from the same location to test the delay to different services such as Teams, Office etc. How do I locate the correct IP/hostname or WEB API link for each service?

- Joe StockerBronze ContributorEverything is geographically load balanced, so the DNS provider Microsoft uses will always provide you the nearest data center to where your IP address resides.
