Exchange Hybrid deployment in O365

I want to deploy separate Exchange Hybrid 2013 Server for the email migration but i want to use the same CAS URL during the hybrid configuration which is used in existing CAS server. I don't want to change the Auto-discover and CAS URL's DNS pointer to Hybrid internally and externally. What will be the prerequisites for ports and URL's white listing from Hybrid Server to O365 ?
