Frustrated with repetitive tasks - help?
Hi Community,
I'm wondering if you can help me with two Co-Pilot question for our startup ...
I found that it's obviously a super helpful notetaker, but two frustrations that I've had are:
1. I do a lot of repetitive tasks for sales meetings ... scheduling, putting in an agenda, sending out an email, ... it's just seems odd that I'm doing this all manually because it is very monotonous and time-consuming to do so. Is there Co-pilot use case that I'm missing?
2. Company Context - I don't expect Co-Pilot to replace my copywriter, but I'd like it to confidently nail our value prop in communications because it has access to alllll our brand, strategy, positioning docs. Somehow, I find even after multiple prompts it doesn't get it. I think it has access to TOO MUCH stuff almost and it gets lost in the mix.
Any help??

KristyKairos Hey, for the first one - unfortunately not. It doesn’t do much automation on its own. You may have some luck using Copilo Studio with actions or using PowerAutomate to deal with the repetitive stuff.
For your brand guidelines, here are some tips:
1) Make sure your brand guidelines, strategy, and positioning docs can be easily referenced as a document (e.g. I’ve found separate Word docs or PDFs can work well)
2) After you’ve generated your content, get Copilot to review the content but point it to the documents as reference material. Ask it to create a table of recommended changes based on the reference docs.
3) If you’re using Copilot to generate the content, ask it to use the guides by referencing them (if you’re doing this in the Word canvas on the page, you’re limited to 3 files)
Let me know if you need an example prompt 🙂
