Documents and emails are to be shared
Hello, Is there a way, through a Microsoft product, to manage a team where documents and emails are to be shared and a commitment calendar that everyone can see and edit ? Thanks

I would set up a shared mailbox. It is a very useful tool for coordinating the use of the same email address within a team. In addition, a shared mailbox also creates a shared calendar. This would solve the email and calendar problem.
We would be missing the documentation part. This would be solved with a SharePoint site. Or, if you also want a place for collaborative messaging, I would set up a Teams team instead of SharePoint.

How does collaborative messaging work ?
For the documentation part,what would be the differences between a suto sharepoint and a Teams team ?
