We're testing copilot studio and we're having questions about the knowledge we're uploading.
We're using it for employees to ask internal questions.
Is there anyone who is using it and performing well?
Do you have any recommendations on what the file should look like?
Pdf, Word, Excel, with or without topics
I would appreciate it if you could support us

Hey pfontes, very late reply here (apologies!). At Ignite in November we announced private preview of our Employee Self-service Agent which looks like it could meet your needs when generally available. Introducing the Employee Self-Service Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot | Microsoft Community Hub
