Hi Deepak017
A quick thing to check: having credits available at the tenant level does not always mean the environment where the agent runs can use them. Sometimes the environment allocation or an agent limit causes the"You are out of credits" message.
Could you please go through these quick checks?
- Confirm the agent's environment
- Open Copilot Studio.
- Open the affected agent.
- Check the environment shown in the top-right corner.
- Make a note of the environment name.
- Check credit allocation
- Go to Power Platform Admin Center.
- Navigate to Licensing > Copilot Studio.
- Open Manage Copilot Credits.
- Find the environment where the agent is running.
- Verify:
- Credits allocated to the environment
- Credits consumed by the environment
- Remaining capacity available for that environment
- Check the overage setting
- While looking at the environment allocation, verify whether:
- Draw from the available capacity in my tenant is enabled.
- If this setting is off, the environment may stop working even when the tenant still has unused credits available.
- Check agent limits
In the same Copilot Studio licensing area, check the affected agent.
Verify whether a monthly usage limit has been configured.
If there is a limit, confirm it has not been reached.
- Quick test
- As a test:
- Assign some additional credits to the environment.
- Save the changes.
- Wait a few minutes.
- Start a new conversation with the agent and see if the issue persists.
- As a test:
Let me know how the testing went. Have a great day!
