A potential short-term workaround would be to adjust the client agent's update check intervals. By navigating to Client Settings > Software Updates and reducing the following schedules, the client will attempt failed updates more frequently, often resolving the issue without manual intervention:
- Software Update Scan Schedule: Reduce to 12 hours
- Software Update Re-evaluation Schedule: Reduce to 6 hours
The values above are examples; you can set them lower for even faster retries. Please note that more frequent checks will increase network traffic and load on the site server, so adjust accordingly.
