Windows Defender and Apps out of the App Store

I have a problem with an app of the app store. Windows Defender always checks this App while running an it is not possible to work with this app properly. Further it is not possible to make an entry in the defender config to exclude this app from scanning because it is in the folder Windows App and there are no access with the admin account. I dont want to change the settings natively to this folder, and I think this is a design problem. Can anyone help me

    If possible, uninstall and reinstall the app outside of the protected WindowsApps folder, maybe via a different installation method, or move the app data to a non-protected folder.

    Some apps have internal settings or options to disable real-time scanning or reduce interference. Check within the app for such options.
