Visual studio benefits for MCT
I renewed my subscription for MCT earlier this year but recently noticed that my visual studio benefits is not active. What i have is MCT subscription that has expired date of 23/May/2025 instead of Feb 2027.
I reach out to VSS support, they mentioned that my subscription was removed for the benefits and they redirected me to MCT support via Pearson. Pearson sent me back to VSS support and it has been back and forth for a while. Does anyone have idea how to resolve this.

hi Samsonic008 Sorry you're having to deal with the back-and-forth. If your MCT renewal is valid through 2027 but your Visual Studio subscription still shows an expiration date of 23 May 2025, it sounds like the MCT benefit may not have been re-associated with your account after renewal.
Since VSS is pointing to MCT support and Pearson is redirecting you back, I'd recommend asking the Microsoft MCT Program Support team to verify that your MCT renewal has been correctly synchronized with your Visual Studio benefits. It may require a backend update rather than a licensing issue.
If possible, include:
- Your MCT renewal confirmation
- The Visual Studio subscription ID
- A screenshot showing the expired benefit
Hopefully, someone from the Microsoft MCT team can also confirm the correct support channel, as this seems more like a benefit provisioning issue than a Visual Studio subscription problem.
Or
write a email to mctprog @ Microsoft dot com.
