Teams Phone Domain Verification - Weeks of Delays Despite Providing All Required Documents
I'm a small business CEO in Germany, trying to verify my domain for Microsoft Teams Phone. I've been stuck in verification for WEEKS despite providing all required documentation multiple times.
Documents Provided:
- Official Namecheap Order Summary (domain purchase receipt from August 2025)
- Official domain ownership transfer confirmation to my company SPONTANEUS UG
- All information requested: domain name, owner, registration date, duration, registrar
The Problem: Microsoft support repeatedly rejects these standard domain registration documents, asking for the same information. The requirements keep changing mid-process, and when I request escalation to a supervisor, the requests are ignored.
Business Impact: I've paid for Teams Phone, but I'm unable to activate it. This is preventing me from making business calls to prospects - directly impacting my ability to generate revenue.
What I Need:
- Someone at Microsoft who can actually read standard domain registration receipts
- Escalation beyond the current support agent, who keeps copy-pasting the same responses
- Teams Phone activation so I can run my business
Has anyone experienced similar domain verification issues with Microsoft Teams Phone? How did you get it resolved?
Any guidance on proper escalation channels would be greatly appreciated. This shouldn't take weeks when I have all the proper documentation from a major registrar like Namecheap.

UPDATE: 6 Weeks Later - Multiple Microsoft Support Failures
This issue has now escalated to multiple Microsoft support teams, all failing to resolve a simple domain verification:
Current Status:
- 6 WEEKS paying for Teams Phone service I cannot use
- Domain shows "HEALTHY" in Microsoft 365 admin center
- All required Namecheap documentation provided multiple times
Microsoft Support Failures:
- Agent Yehia: Weeks of circular document requests, ignores escalation requests
- Agent Dinu (Telephone Services): Confirmed system outages, no ETA for resolution
- Agent Nelson (Refund Request): Claimed "escalation" then went silent for days
The Contradiction:
- Microsoft 365 Domains: nevermindb2b.com = HEALTHY ✓
- Teams Phone Verification: Domain = REJECTED ❌
What Microsoft Has Admitted:
- Phone services "not operational" with no timeline
- Verification "does not have to be done several times"
- Standard domain documents are being rejected incorrectly
Business Impact: As a small business CEO, I've lost 6 weeks of potential revenue while paying Microsoft for a service I cannot access due to their own system failures and support incompetence.
Still Need Help:

- How did you get Microsoft to actually coordinate between their disconnected support teams?

This level of dysfunction from Microsoft is completely unacceptable. Multiple teams are aware, but nobody is solving anything.
