Who did you contact to get this sorted?
I seem to be having the same problem. I've posted asking a question twice now but it hasn't been approved -- not turned down, just nothing happening.

Community ManagerWelcome to the Microsoft Tech Community, there isn't really anything you need to do your posts will - in all likelihood - be approved shortly (if not already). New community members posts are all pre-moderated and this is usually done within 1 business day. Of course 4 days ago it would have taken longer owing to the Thanksgiving break.
Once you achieve a certain rank, which we do not divulge, you will then only get random pre-moderation / targeted moderation based on content.
