Please I am currently locked out of my Azure Account due to MFA
I am unable to log into portal.azure.com due to MFA. I have MFA for my primary email registered on my Microsoft Authentication App, however I don't get login confirmation notification on the app ...

If you're locked out of your Azure account due to MFA and not receiving the prompt, here’s what you can do:
- Try "Sign in another way" on the login screen — use a backup method like SMS or code if set up.
- Open the Authenticator app manually — sometimes notifications don’t appear, but the approval request is inside the app.
- Check device settings — make sure your phone has internet, notifications are enabled for the Authenticator app, and time is correct.
- Use a different browser or incognito window — cached sessions can block the prompt.
- If you're the only admin, go to Microsoft support and request an MFA reset with proof of ownership.
- If there's another global admin, ask them to reset your MFA via Azure AD → Users → select your account → Authentication methods.
This is a known issue and can only be resolved through backup access or Microsoft support if no alternatives are available.
