Use Microsoft Family Safety with a trusted person as the organizer, remove your own admin rights, set DNS filtering at the router or device level, block private browsing where possible, and use browser or site restrictions. Also, because you are trying to change a habit that has been difficult for years, involving a trusted person or counselor alongside the technical controls will usually make the setup much stronger.
