Safety Scanner found 2 items. Removing them didn't make any difference either.

I'm avoiding such solutions because you still can't properly sync this computer and load the cache of this website.
19045.4123 - this is the build number you should have if you are updating Windows correctly.
Not keeping Microsoft Store apps up to date is bad practice. What do you think?

It is Windows 10.
I'm sure I did not download app updates from Microsoft store.
I made a workaround.
I bookmarked the link in Chrome.
