I have a questions for the&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;community:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I export&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="lia-external-url" href="https://igunfollowtracker.com/" target="_blank"&gt;💬&lt;/A&gt;follower and &lt;STRONG&gt;engagement data&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;from Instagram in CSV format. When I&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;import this data into Excel, the date&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;columns are not formatting correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;and pivot tables are showing wrong&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I properly format date columns&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;in Excel when importing social media&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;CSV data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, how do I ask for help in this forum about a problem that the support desk seems to have no idea how to fix? My Outlook Classic on my desktop will not open 3rd party links and tells me that my organisation has a policy preventing it happening and to contact my Help Desk but I have a family subscription and no help desk. Even when a person rang me to talk to me after multiple reports, part way through our conversation he just disappeared. I am in Australia so the time difference may be an issue. An example of the problem is that I received a retail company email featuring a link to view their catalogues and my Outlook won't open it because of a policy I never asked for. I don't know if this is the right forum but it's the only one I could find to ask a question on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While the notification email sent when registering my attendance for a Tech Community event (&lt;A href="https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/event/windowsevents/windows-office-hours-april-16-2026/4458461" target="_blank"&gt;Windows Office Hours: April 2026 - Microsoft Tech Community&lt;/A&gt;) included a calendar invitation, accepting the invitation resulted in me receiving an NDR for the acceptance response (which was sent to email address removed for privacy reasons). These invitations were previously sent from a different email address (of the form firstname.lastname at creatrixmedia.com) and this address happily accepted the meeting responses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you don't need the responses, you probably want to update the code creating the .ics attachment to replace RSVP=TRUE with RSVP=FALSE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this is helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My profile counter shows 9 posts, but I can only see one of them in my Recent Discussions list - the other ones are completely inaccessible, not just to other community members, but also to me. I cannot view, edit, or manage them in any way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The posts cover technical practitioner topics and I put significant time and effort into writing these as quality contributions for the community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My concern is that I have no way to tell what happened to these posts. There were no notifications about rejection, no indication that they're pending moderation, and no way to check their status. They simply don't appear anywhere except as a number on my profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I completely understand the need for content moderation, especially for newer accounts. But without any feedback mechanism, I'm unable to determine whether I should wait, resubmit, or change something about how I'm posting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone from the community team look into my account and help me understand what's going on with these missing posts?       <title>Why is the memory manager in Windows version 1703 faster than the current Windows versions?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tested the speed of programs in Windows version 1703 compared to the current versions, I made sure no anti virus or other background processes where interfering. Geekbench scores 13% higher in multi core tests compared to the latest Windows. When testing pure CPU performance there is no difference but memory intensive programs suffer about 10..15% in the latest Windows compared to 1703. Test were run on an 8th gen Intel i7 with spectre and meltdown mitigations disabled.&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know what changed in the Windows memory manager since version 1703 and is it possible to undo these changes?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Extracting data from complicated table....</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Below is a table I have created for tracking info for a special-needs child, the staff member caring for them, the shift, the behaviour and the score (0-5).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Staff cell for each day/shift has a drop down box with a list of staff member names.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The cell to the right of the staff name would have a value from 0-5 with 0 showing no behaviours up to 5, which would indicate the behaviour was 100% during the shift.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I'm trying to extract is information such as...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) For a given behaviour, what shift sees the best and worst - trying to measure if the child has more issues in the morning for instance, verses the afternoon or night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) When it comes to the staff member working the shift, who is seeing better or worst behaviours - trying to measure whether the child may have an issue with or be reacting to a staff member more than another. This could come down to staff competency or personality clash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) It would be great if I could work out the above by day of the week - as the child is able to select what they would like to do, this could indicate weekly cycles or potential patterns in the childs behaviour as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While this one starts on March 16th Monday, I would be creating future tables starting at the first day of the month. Possibly a separate Excel file for each month, so the files remain manageable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm normally ok with working out the info i need and creating formulas etc... but this one has me a bit stumped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had started to literally create a 'Reference Data' tab where I was cherry-picking specific cell references from the below table to create a another table, duplicating information but in a different table layout... it is getting exhausting this way and I'm still no closer to being able to work the data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone has some relatively simple fixes using XLookup or something like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The information is being used to help with funding and activities, so it's quite important I can get this to work. If it means redesigning the table...I'll have to do that but this is the format my partner was trying to use for ease of reporting the shift/staff/behaviour/score details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem I bumped into in excel and went to the excel discussion board to see if I could get help. I have had some answers that don't work and when I tried to reply to these people one out of maybe a dozen of my replies got published. None of them had personal info or bad mouthing or anything like this I am trying to figure out why they don't get published so I can solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Larry&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>D365 Licensing vs Security Roles – Why can users access data without the required license?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am working as a Power Apps developer in a Dynamics 365 environment that has the Field Service module enabled. In the same environment, some users only have Sales licenses.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assigned a security role that provides read access to the Warehouse table to a user with a Sales license. The user is able to access and read the data successfully, even though they do not have a Field Service license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This makes me unclear about how licensing is enforced in Dynamics 365. If security roles alone can grant access to tables, how do licenses actually restrict functionality? Why is it necessary to purchase additional licenses if users can still access data through security roles?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone clarify how licensing enforcement works in this scenario and what the best practice is?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
