Has anyone seen this agent show up in Copilot? It looks like a test but if you aske it what it is or who created it, it says it was created by Microsoft but in the agent itself it says created by Test_Test_New1. If it's microsoft developers pushing a test out, it looks sketchy as hell.

Hi community,

I had my email hacked 7 days ago, the hacker changed the password. The problem is that I have microsoft office 365 in that account and I tried every single way to recover my access. Even the ACSR, forms and everything. Nothing works. I got replied back that information provided was insufficient. The problem also is that I created this account in hotmail, maybe 20 year ago. Does anyone know any how to contact Microsoft support? How can I find a channel to support me?

Thanks in advance for any clue you might give me to solve this issue.

Question About Events, Azure, Copilot and Microsoft widgets

Hello! I am overly enthusiastic to learn more about this company, and I saw three events I'd like to attend in person as I cannot do anything online, I apologize. Does anyone know if there really is this Microsoft event on March 6th in Redmond? If not where is it as It is not coming up on the list or I cannot find it. I searched for azure events and about three came up, but after I scroll and the mouse timer comes up, nothing appears, is anyone interested in describing more about azure technology to me and how it works? I'll never tell! My last question is there is an event bsides seattle, I'm so confused is it at a hotel and how do you register because it's not listed on this platform. I wish I could do the online events like this was training, but it's better to do things in person always because it's more authentic. I tagged this as avatar, if you do not know anything about me just my love of tech what would my avatar be?

Outlook and verizon email account

I've run into an issue this past week where I've tried changing my Verizon email account from IMAP to Pop3. I get errors like this;

Task 'email address removed for privacy reasons - Receiving' reported error (0x80042110) : 'Your POP3 server is providing inconsistent information. The number of messages returned by the STAT command does not match the number of items returned by the UIDL or LIST commands. Contact your POP3 or Internet service provider.' I've created a new profile, I've done SCANPST probably more than 5 times, regenerated my third party password on AOL and it consistently fails for the same error. I've run the same version of Outlook on a different machine with th same results. My pop settings are pop.verizon.net, port 995, ssl/tls. The progress window shows that it's downloading messages but it sits there for a couple of minutes and then pops the error up;

AOL adimmently says that it's got to do with Outlook because it works fine on there webmail. I can't seem to find an email alternative that creates a pst database so that I could rule one or the other out. Getting extremely frustrated. I would get completely away from the Verizon email but I have had it for so long; it's established everywhere I've done business, contacts, credit cards, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS I've even tried just creating a whole new pst, no luck.

TIA

Can we get more guidance and feedback on the moderation being done on the messages

I have been an active poster on the Excel forum but every so often my posts will just disappear. Sometimes our message will be there but an attachment will be missing. Sometimes messages disappear but then show up hours or days later. Can someone PLEASE give us some insight into what is happening. Is this an auto-moderator or actual person? Either way can we please get a message informing us that our message is being held or rejected and why. How are we supposed to learn if we get no feedback. I don't appreciate spending time re-creating a worksheet (because these new posters aren't even allowed to attach their excel file for us to see) and then create a formula solution, write up how it works and then just have it all disappear. Makes me think Microsoft doesn't really care for me to help.

And BTW, can you please revisit the reasoning behind not letting new accounts attach files. Is it a space/size issue? or is it a security issue? if the concern is space/size then make a limit on the file size. Security issue, make a limit on file types. All this tends to do is force members to ask the user to post the file using a file share service like onedrive, but if they use another service it can be a much larger security risk.

Proposal for Reviving Windows Mobile in 2026

Dear Microsoft Windows Team,

I am writing as a passionate supporter of the Windows Mobile experience, especially the fluidity and innovation seen in Windows 10 Mobile. I believe there is a strong opportunity to revive Windows Mobile in 2026 with a compact, affordable, and well-equipped device that can serve middle-class users globally.

The concept I envision includes:

- A compact form factor (6 to 6.2 inches) for comfortable one-handed use.

- Floating apps and lock-screen widgets that feel alive and interactive.

- Seamless integration with Windows PCs, Xbox, and Surface devices.

- Android app compatibility to eliminate ecosystem limitations.

- AI-powered features like Copilot for productivity and assistance.

- Economic pricing to ensure accessibility for middle-class users.

The enthusiasm for such a device remains strong, and I truly hope Microsoft considers this vision. It would not only honor the legacy of Windows Mobile but also redefine mobile computing for the future.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Dillip

Hi Community,

I’m working on a web app that allows users to check their SASSA grant status. As we know, there can often be delays in SASSA payments, and we're focused on building an app that ensures a seamless experience even during those times. We're prioritizing high performance and security to handle large amounts of traffic, especially during peak periods when these payment delays are more common.

I’d love to hear from others with experience in building similar public service portals:

What strategies can you recommend for scaling web apps to handle high traffic volumes efficiently?

How can we ensure data security and protect sensitive user information, especially when dealing with government services?

Looking forward to your insights! For more information on improving your SASSA payment experience and web app performance, click here

.

Hi everyone. for the past 6 month since i build the system i have been experiencing issues with it, like VGA debug showing every few boots or kernel power 41 error, however the most recent one being FPS drops and system stutter even while idle out of nowhere witch have always been there but worsened with the latest 5070 drivers, that's why i downloaded latencymon. Unfortunately i have no idea how to make sense out of the summary it gave me so I'm posting it here. if anyone is willing to help out I'm be very happy! I have gone trough numerous troubleshooting steps including full windows reinstall and installing only the latest drivers for everything, i have also tryed replacing the psu with a 1000W one but the issue remains.

Here are the results and my pc specs:

GPU-MSI SHADOW 2x RTX 5070

CPU-I7 14700k

RAM-Corsair vengeance 32gb ddr5

MOBO: Asus TUF z790 BTF WiFi 7

SSD-P310 1tb

PSU-MSI MAG 850w

CONCLUSION

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.

LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:16:21 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

SYSTEM INFORMATION

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Computer name: MIDAS

OS version: Windows 11, 10.0, version 2009, build: 26200 (x64)

Hardware: System Product Name, ASUS

BIOS: 1825

CPU: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700K

Logical processors: 28

Processor groups: 1

Processor group size: 28

RAM: 32451 MB total

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

CPU SPEED

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Reported CPU speed (WMI): 340 MHz

Reported CPU speed (registry): 3418 MHz

Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed.

Hello everyone,

I recently created a discussion post in the Azure Virtual Desktop forum and have a question about the approval process:

My situation:

I submitted a post about an SSO issue with macOS clients on AVD (Win11 25H2)

Initially, I could see my post with a status indicating it was waiting for approval

Now when I try to access it via the URL (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/discussions/azurevirtualdesktopforum/macos-sso-no-longer-fully-functional-on-avd-win11-25h2/4494544), I get the error message: "This message cannot be found"

My questions:

Does Microsoft Tech Community send notifications when a post is rejected or not approved?

Is there a way to view the status or reason for rejection/removal?

Thank you and greetings

FT_1

Entra ID hacked

Dear Community,

I am seeking urgent guidance regarding a serious security incident involving my Entra ID tenant.

My tenant was compromised, and the attacker removed my Owner permissions from the Tenant Root Group and created two high-spec virtual machines without authorization. This resulted in approximately USD 9,500 in unexpected usage charges.

I immediately blocked my credit card, and the subscription has now moved into a disabled state, most likely due to non-payment. However, I am still unable to regain administrative control. I previously managed to open a support ticket using another account, but it was limited to subscription-related issues only. Even when the case was marked with Severity A, Microsoft support was unable to treat it as an urgent incident or take immediate corrective action.

At this point:
• I only have read-only access
• I cannot create a technical support request
• I cannot upgrade the support plan
• I cannot restore Owner permissions
• I am unable to properly escalate the compromise

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows the fastest way to:
• Regain Tenant Root Group ownership
• Reach Microsoft security team for compromised tenant cases
• Escalate beyond standard support channels

I would truly appreciate your advice. This has been extremely stressful, and I am trying to regain control and prevent any further damage.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Power Automate question - help needed.

Hope someone can please advise or assist me. I am looking to collate emails and Word documents into a Newsletter and it is my understanding

that this can be achieved using Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Lists and through Power Automate to produce the result. I am just unsure of the order this

comes in so that it all comes together and which flows/triggers are involved. Is the process to create the Form first, then the List and then to use the Power app to generate the final document (i.e, Newsletter). Can a blank template also be used in the process? Thanks, everyone.
