Select Microsoft Account → Security / Account compromised.
Choose the option to chat with a support agent if available.
Try the Microsoft Sign-in Helper .
Keep purchase receipts, order numbers, previous passwords, and original account details as evidence.
Important: Never share passwords, recovery codes, or payment details publicly. If the attacker changed your recovery email, mention this explicitly.
