Unfortunately you would need to know the email address you used to login to that id, for data protection reasons we can not confirm that information to you.

I believe I know the email but the email is linked to various logins. I don't see a way to select a particular login for password reset. If you look at the attached screenshots I would like to recover the circled login with name ta**** if I attempt login I get the message account is disabled for login. Any ideas?

This isn't a Microsoft Tech Community Login page, if its the MCT lounge please see the MCT questions linked in the right rail for support regarding MCT questions.

Allen my apologies. I named the files "MCT" when I should have named them "MTC". Those are screenshots of what I get when I try to sign into the Microsoft Tech Community with the account that I would like to recover. Notice that I don't get any type of recovery option. It just says account has been turned off.

tato386-MSA - I am afraid we can't see any information relating to that either, you would need to contact Microsoft account support (https://support.microsoft.com/account).
Sorry we can't assist with this but its not our service that's blocking login.
