Your team is eligible for certification renewal if it is set to expire within six months. They will receive an email notifying them they are eligible to take the free renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn.

2. Link your certification email address with your Profile on Microsoft Learn
3. Prepare with free, self-paced learning modules on Microsoft Learn
4. Pass the renewal assessment before your certification expires

How to get credit for employee certifications

If your team is pursuing certification or up for certification renewals, have them associate their learning credentials with your company’s Partner Center account. This must be done to have their certifications count toward the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program skilling requirements.

Individuals can associate with their company’s Partner Center account by following these steps:

1. Complete their certification profile within their Microsoft Learn dashboard
2. Sign into Partner Center and associate their Microsoft Learn credentials to your company’s Partner Center account.

How to pull a report on employee renewal eligibility

To view the employees with Microsoft certification, as well as pull a report for the ones who are in the six-month window for renewal eligibility, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Partner Center , log in, and select Insights to navigate to your Partner Center dashboard
2. From there, review your User Skill Report or Training Report to identify the users associated with your account and the certifications they’ve attained
3. Note you should be assigned the role of Report viewer or Executive report viewer to view and download
