Hi Geetanjali,

Organizational Skilling (formerly ESI) is an invitation-based Microsoft skilling program. Partner participation is determined by a variety of business factors, including recent impact, business commitments, local resources and allocations, and program funding availability. There is not currently a public application process. If you'd like to learn more about the program or available skilling options, please contact the Organizational Skilling support team through ESIsupport.microsoft.com.
