Bing Chat Analytics/Reporting?
Hello all,
Is there a way for Organisation administrators to run analytics and reporting on Bing Chat Enterprise?
Would be nice to see if staff is actully using this feature and some insight into how.

Hi Jagjit, Microsoft does not provide usage reporting or auditing because Bing Chat Enterprise doesn't retain chat data as part of its commercial data protection. https://learn.microsoft.com/bing-chat-enterprise/privacy-and-protections#chat-history-and-reporting

My enterprise customer would like to understand usage of BCE.- Eric_VanAelstynHI aj_goldsmith at this moment, a usage reporting dashboard for Copilot with commercial data protection is not available. It remains a top ask from customers, and we're actively exploring that for the future. We appreciate your follow up and patience 🙂 We will notify customers via a message center post in the Microsoft 365 admin center if it becomes available.
- But there is utilization reports if licensed for Microsoft Copilot for Enterprise apps.
